Mid-Level Corporate Associate – Capital Markets
The candidate should have 5-6 years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group. Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, as well as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs and follow-on offerings. Also, experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required. CA/NY/WA Bar preferred.
