• Collaborate with private equity sponsors on leveraged financings.
• Engage in general corporate finance matters.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Admission to the state bar and good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
