Location:

• Webster, TX

Duties:

• Manage assigned cases from pre-suit through trial or settlement

• Provide legal counsel and strategy for clients

• Draft and respond to motions, pleadings, and written discovery

• Prepare cases for litigation, including depositions, witness interviews, and expert engagement

• Participate in settlement negotiations and court appearances

• Conduct factual investigations and build case strategies

• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation and first-party insurance claims

• Proficient in case management and legal documentation

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (required)

• Admission to Texas federal district courts (highly preferred)

• Admission in other states or their federal courts (preferred)
