Duties

• Draft and negotiate licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements.
• Provide intellectual property, privacy, and business counseling to clients.
• Manage transactions from company formation to acquisitions.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial contracts drafting, venture financing, or M&A transactions.
• Involvement in intellectual property disputes is advantageous.
• Admission to the State Bar of California or Texas.
• Previous large law firm experience required.

Education

• JD from a top law school (2020-2023).

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California or Texas.
