Duties

• Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at both trial and appellate levels.

• Provide support in regulatory advocacy efforts to mitigate or prevent enforcement actions.

• Collaborate on internal, governmental, and regulatory investigations.

• Contribute to strategic planning and case management in securities litigation matters.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or a related field.

• Experience handling securities-related disputes and investigations or managing enforcement actions initiated by federal or state agencies.

• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Ability to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York or California State Bar.

Skills

• Expertise in securities litigation, class actions, and shareholder derivative lawsuits.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and enforcement procedures.
