Job Overview:

The Executive Compensation And Employee Benefits Partner will be responsible for providing legal expertise in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines. They must also have a portable book of business.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters.
• Draft and review documents related to defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm setting.
• Expertise in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters.
• Membership in the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming a member.
• A portable business book is highly preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar.
