Duties:

• Handle all phases of personal injury cases from initial client intake through trial and post-judgment proceedings

• Conduct legal research using platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda with precision

• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and in court proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy development and case management

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff as needed

• Engage in settlement negotiations and client communications to ensure a high level of service

• Maintain compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements across jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar

• Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, litigation, or a comparable legal field

• Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills

• Proficiency in legal software tools and case management systems

• Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active State Bar license (Colorado preferred)
