Duties

• Lead and manage complex criminal defense cases from intake through verdict.
• Mentor and supervise associate attorneys and staff.

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and appear in court daily.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and growth.

Requirements

• Florida-licensed attorney in good standing.
• 10+ years of criminal defense experience.
• 50 or more jury trials tried to a verdict (required).
• Proven felony-trial success rate.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) a huge plus.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
