Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan agreements.
• Engage in transactions involving mixed-use, office, multi-family, and retail assets.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients.
• Participate in real estate development and joint venture projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of real estate law experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional work ethic.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.

Skills

• Experience with commercial real estate and financing transactions.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
