Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
• Handle litigation matters related to financial issues, representing clients effectively in disputes.
• Draft legal documents, conduct research, and prepare for court appearances.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and solutions for clients.
• Engage with clients, offering guidance and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with an Am-Law 100 firm.
• Experience in Finance & Restructuring practice areas.
• Strong track record of managing complex litigation cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
