Senior Litigation Associate

The candidate should have 6 years of relevant experience. Must have at least 5 years of substantive bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, and/or creditors’ rights experience in a law firm, government, or clerkship setting. Must have extensive experience with motions practice and briefing; research and developing arguments; writing first drafts of arguments, motions, and briefs with limited supervision; discovery practice; experience with claims estimation issues and project management. Must have strong academic credentials (must be in the top 30% of their class), excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work as a team player, and sound judgment.
