Duties

• Advise on transactional tax matters related to fund formation and investment funds.
• Engage in cross-border transactions and income tax treaty analysis.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant transactional tax experience.
• Experience with fund formation and Section 892 investors.
• AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
