Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly experienced attorney to join the Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida. The position addresses succession planning and growth needs, focusing on clients with taxable estates and multi-generational wealth transfer.

Duties

• Manage direct client relationships and responsibilities.
• Plan and draft estate documents for clients with taxable estates.
• Facilitate the transfer of wealth using GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, and IDGTs.
• Conduct post-mortem administration.
• Prepare and review tax returns, including Forms 706, 709, and 1041.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality client services.
• Florida Bar admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Expertise in estate planning and wealth preservation.
