Duties

• Participate in client conferences and draft estate planning documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals, fiduciary accountants, and other attorneys in probate and trust administration.
• Prepare and review gift, estate, and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Conduct tax research and assist with charitable planning.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in estate planning and administration.
• Florida Bar admission or willingness to become admitted in Florida.
• Strong academic credentials with tax skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work.

Education

• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.
