Duties

• Engage in estate planning, trust administration, and business succession planning.
• Conduct research on gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax rules.
• Prepare detailed legal documents with a focus on irrevocable and SLAT trusts.
• Participate in trust and estate litigation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Active law license in Florida.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership.

Skills

• Strong understanding of tax and estate planning concepts.
• Experience with Florida estate administration.
• Proficiency in dealing with the IRS and tax matters.
