A law firm seeks a mid-level or senior-level associate to join its Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Preservation practice in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will possess excellent experience and academic credentials, contributing to a collaborative and sophisticated team environment.

Duties

• Draft a broad range of estate planning documents, including wills and trust agreements.
• Engage in direct and frequent client interaction.
• Advise individuals and families on trust structures and wealth transfer tax strategies.
• Design business succession strategies.
• Counsel fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts.
• Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Conduct general estate, trust, and tax-related research and writing.
• Support litigation practice in matters relating to wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of trusts and estates experience required.
• Experience drafting key legal documents for trusts and estates matters.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Florida.
