The candidate must live in the Chicagoland area. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using a Personal Injury/Work Comp client database software. Law firm experience preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills and sense of empathy. High School graduate or higher. Act as primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers. Identify and manage case complications such as TTD & PPD payments, MSA payments and trial preparation.
