Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm seeks a Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney for their Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of litigation experience and possess strong leadership abilities, client management skills, and attention to detail. Admission to practice in the state of the assigned office location is required.

Duties:

• Manage a broad range of civil litigation, government enforcement, and internal and external investigation matters
• Lead complex commercial and securities litigation matters and/or government enforcement matters
• Handle SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions
• Provide excellent attention to detail in all tasks
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and team-oriented approach
• Manage client relationships effectively

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice, and in good standing, in the state of IL
• 5-7 years of litigation experience
• Experience managing SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions (preferred)
• Impressive academic credentials
• Strong writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills
