Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will handle various legal matters related to real estate, land use, business, and corporate law. They will work closely with other firm members, maintain client relationships, and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.

Duties:

• Handle legal matters related to real estate, land use, business, and corporate law.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
• Attend meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Manage and prioritize caseload efficiently.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, land use, business, and corporate law.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Desire to collaborate and learn from various members of the firm.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
