Duties:

• Manage a caseload focused on Professional Liability Defense matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation for assigned cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop effective case strategies.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and precedents.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of legal experience, with a specific focus on Professional Liability Defense.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in Colorado.
