Junior Wage and Hour Attorney

Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in providing legal advice and representation to clients on wage and hour matters.

• Assist in preparing for administrative proceedings, arbitrations, and court hearings related to wage and hour disputes.

• Stay updated on developments in wage and hour laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• 2-4 years of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to wage and hour matters.
• Knowledge of California wage and hour laws and regulations is desirable.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:
