A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing legal team in Denver, Colorado. This is a full-time, hybrid position ideal for attorneys with at least two years of experience in employment law. Location:

• Denver, CO

Duties:

• Handle employment litigation matters including wage and hour, discrimination, and non-competition disputes

• Prepare EEOC and state/local agency charge responses

• Draft employment-related agreements and policies (e.g., separation, executive contracts, non-competes)

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions

• Support employment due diligence in M&A transactions (preferred but not required)

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed

• Collaborate with partners and legal teams to develop case strategies and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of employment law experience

• Experience with employment litigation and agency responses

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity

• Ability to manage a dynamic workload and meet deadlines

• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Colorado, or eligibility for admission

Skills:

• Legal research and persuasive writing

• Litigation strategy and courtroom advocacy

• Drafting employment agreements and counseling on compliance

• Due diligence and transactional support (preferred)

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
