Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and an active member of the Florida Bar.
• 3-5 years of personal injury experience.
• Proficient in motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Ability to manage a case from start to finish independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal management tools.
• In-office availability in Doral, FL, is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar membership.
