Location:

Duties:

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial

• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Provide legal counsel and representation for personal injury matters, including:

  • Auto accidents

  • Premises liability

  • Medical malpractice

  • Product liability

• Draft pleadings and motions; conduct legal research

• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and deliver favorable outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet strict deadlines

• Demonstrated success in case outcomes and client advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
