Corporate Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm seeks a dedicated Corporate Associate to join its Boston office. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate law and alternative entity practice, with a strong focus on transactional work.

Duties:

• Assist in drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with clients to structure and execute transactions effectively.
• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Support senior attorneys in managing case files and client relationships.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience at a law firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management tools.
