Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its legal team in Framingham, MA. The firm specializes in residential real estate law, representing individuals, investors, legal entities, and financial institutions in a variety of real estate transactions. Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents, including purchase and sales agreements, title commitments, and title packages.

• Analyze and resolve title issues to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.

• Provide legal coverage for sales, purchase, and refinance transactions.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring timely updates on case progress.

• Coordinate file balancing, wire transfers, and post-closing assistance as required.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with loan officers, realtors, and other industry professionals.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with real estate software is preferred but not required.

• Notary Public certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.

Skills:
