Duties:

• Handle complex first-party property insurance coverage claims and litigation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and case strategies

• Manage client communications and case updates with professionalism

• Maintain organized case files and ensure the timely progression of matters

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with property coverage litigation

• Proven track record of analytical reasoning and precise legal writing

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

• Strong understanding of Florida insurance law and litigation procedures

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar, active and in good standing
