Duties:
Conduct title reviews and resolve title issues for residential real estate transactions
Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate matters and contractual obligations
Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and other related documents
Represent clients at closings and throughout the entire transaction process
Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations
Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title professionals
Manage transaction timelines and resolve any disputes or concerns
Perform legal research and stay updated on real estate law developments
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate law
High attention to detail and organizational precision
Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently
Exceptional responsiveness and client service orientation
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Must be a licensed notary public
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in the state of Florida (required)
Notary Public certification (required)
