Location:

• Tampa, Florida

Duties:

• Conduct title reviews and resolve title issues for residential real estate transactions

• Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate matters and contractual obligations

• Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and other related documents

• Represent clients at closings and throughout the entire transaction process

• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations

• Maintain communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and title professionals

• Manage transaction timelines and resolve any disputes or concerns

• Perform legal research and stay updated on real estate law developments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate law

• High attention to detail and organizational precision

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently

• Exceptional responsiveness and client service orientation

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Must be a licensed notary public

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida (required)

• Notary Public certification (required)
