Duties

• Research and draft FCC pleadings and related filings.
• Draft court motions, briefs, and other pleadings.
• Prepare for depositions and manage the discovery process.
• Strategize to help clients reach regulatory and legislative goals.
• Advise on regulatory compliance issues.
• Assist with due diligence for transactions.

Requirements

• Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professionalism in engaging with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities.
• Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission or eligibility for admission in the District of Columbia.
