Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate with a focus on writing-intensive cases to join its Pittsburgh, PA office. The ideal candidate will have over one year of experience in immigration law and an active bar membership in good standing from any U.S. jurisdiction. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

• Lead writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses and various petitions.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other agencies.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence for client applications and immigration matters.

Requirements

• Experience with writing-intensive immigration cases.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoyment and proficiency in creative writing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction).
