Duties

• Handle a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Appear in court and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Work directly with clients to ensure high-quality representation and communication.
• Evaluate case value and negotiate favorable settlements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
• Extensive trial and courtroom experience in NJ Superior Courts.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to independently manage a high-value caseload.
• Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Client-focused with a strong commitment to justice and results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
