Duties

• Meet with clients and potential clients to discuss their cases.
• Handle case files and prepare cases for demand.
• Present cases to the Focus Group and negotiate settlements.
• Participate in court hearings for approval and serve as second chair in trials.

Requirements

• Kansas bar license or eligibility to take the next bar exam.
• Individuals licensed in other states encouraged to apply if working towards a Kansas or Missouri license.
• Dual-licensing in Kansas and Missouri required for Kansas City office positions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple case files efficiently.
• Experience in legal writing and trial preparation preferred.
