A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its Salt Lake City, Utah office. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients on sophisticated estate planning matters and become an integral part of a collaborative practice.

Duties

• Advise clients on estate planning and wealth transfer matters.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Counsel clients on tax-efficient estate strategies.
• Assist with trust administration and probate.
• Meet with clients to develop customized estate plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide high-quality counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors.
• Maintain accurate billing and matter records.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership.
• Experience in estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently and work as part of a team.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and business succession planning is a plus.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership.
