Prior experience in Workers' Compensation and membership with the North Carolina Bar are preferred. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with both in-office and remote work opportunities.

Duties

• Handle significant case responsibilities and interact directly with clients.
• Manage a caseload as the lead attorney with guidance from senior lawyers.
• Participate in training and mentoring programs.

Requirements

• Three to five years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred.
• Current membership with the North Carolina Bar preferred.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership with the North Carolina Bar preferred.

Skills

• Excellent writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
