Duties:

• Draft complaints and mediation briefs
• Prepare discovery materials
• Draft Motions to Compel
• Defend depositions
• Negotiate cases over the phone with opposing counsel
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in California
• Experience in litigation
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and legal principles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Certifications:

• California State Bar membership
