Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys in preparing for and handling trials in individual, mass tort, multidistrict, and class action cases
• Manage discovery and case preparation for complex product liability and tort cases
• Work on high-profile cases in challenging legal environments
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Participate in client meetings, providing legal advice and strategy recommendations
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support trial preparation and case development
• Assist in managing and organizing case files and records

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in tort litigation, specifically in product liability or mass torts
• Experience with trial preparation and managing discovery in complex litigation cases
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative trial team
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with a focus on advocacy
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain exceptional attention to detail
• Florida Bar admission is required

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida State Bar License
