Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is hiring two Associate Attorneys with 2 to 5 years of litigation experience to support its Product Liability & Mass Torts practice. This team represents major product manufacturers in some of the most complex and high-stakes individual, class action, and multidistrict litigation across diverse industries. Location:

• Miami, FL

Duties:

• Serve as an active member of trial teams managing product liability, mass tort, and class action litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other court filings

• Conduct legal research and contribute to strategic litigation planning

• Assist with fact development, discovery, depositions, and expert preparation

• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and legal risk management

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance litigation goals

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of tort litigation experience

• Previous experience with mass torts, product liability, or toxic/environmental tort litigation

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Prior experience at a large law firm or in high-complexity litigation practice

• Must be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of the selected office

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Local bar admission required for preferred office location

Skills:

• Proficiency in civil litigation procedures and strategy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
