Corporate Associate

The candidate will be advising clients on corporate governance and structure matters; negotiating company agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents; and handling M&A transactions, private placement and bank financings, and private investments. Must have Licensed, or ability to become licensed, in the State of Texas. Should have demonstrated business development experience and success. Must have strong research and writing skills. Should preferably have 3-7 years of corporate legal experience, at a law firm or in a corporate in-house role, and be a member of the Firm’s Corporate practice group. Must have significant experience in advising clients as corporate outside counsel, entity formation, financing and mergers & acquisitions.
