• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Dakota (or eligible for admission).
• Previous experience in a law office setting preferred.

• Strong interest in family law, criminal law, and general practice litigation.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a successful track record.

Education
