Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in debt finance transactions.
• Experience with lender-side representation preferred.
• Familiarity with private equity and venture capital fund structures.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written form.
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• Member of the Massachusetts bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
