Duties

• Engage in patent prosecution and related legal activities.
• Manage a docket of cases and numerous deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
• Ensure adherence to client budgets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Knowledge of USPTO rules and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline.

Certifications

• Registered with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
