Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Advise and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, before agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 2+ years of experience, with a preference for an employment law background.
• Current NV bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar or ability to obtain.
