Duties

• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations regarding various business matters.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes effectively.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of litigation and trial experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• New Jersey bar and US District Court admission required, NY a plus.
• Proven experience in litigation, particularly in commercial or intellectual property matters.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and presenting cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New Jersey bar admission.
