Responsibilities: Configure, install, and maintain network equipment such as firewalls, switches and routers. Configure, install, and maintain network security and monitoring systems such as firewall/IPS/IDS, traffic monitoring systems. Actively work on network security, update policies and procedures to meet client guidelines. Create and maintain documentation that involves network/network security systems. Work with vendors on building new solutions and offerings for the firm. Provide assistance to Level 1 and Level 2 support specialists. Create appropriate network documentation and update quarterly. Monitor and maintain WAN and LAN systems and software, troubleshoot connectivity issues & work with ISPs.
