Duties

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Assist in the preparation and management of cases for trial.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably in product liability and class actions.
• Top 20% of class from a first-tier law school.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
