Job Duties:

• Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Provide advice on tax planning strategies to minimize estate tax liabilities.
• Handle trust and estate administration matters, including probate proceedings and trust administration.
• Assist with estate planning for individuals and family-owned businesses.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex trust and estate issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm on trust and estate matters.
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in New Hampshire.
• 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Certifications:

Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar.
