Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Experience with front-end semiconductor device fabrication is required.
• Additional experience with semiconductor packaging is highly valued.

Education

• J.D. degree; admitted to a state bar and in good standing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Physics, or Electrical Engineering.

Certifications

• Registered and in good standing to practice before the USPTO.

Skills

• Proficiency with patent portfolio management and strategy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively.
