Duties

• Defend single plaintiff lawsuits and wage and hour class action/PAGA matters.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic decisions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Manage case files and ensure timely progression of cases.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 2-4 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law and wage and hour class action/PAGA background.
• Active California State Bar admission.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• Graduate degree in law (JD).

Certifications

• California State Bar admission.
