Duties

• Represent sponsors and investors in private investment funds.
• Complete fund formation transactions and sponsor-level transactions.
• Manage secondary transactions involving limited partner and portfolio company interests.

Requirements

• Two to seven years of private investment fund formation experience.
• Experience in a corporate department of a national or international law firm preferred.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and transactional skills.
