Duties

• Draft thorough title opinions for oil and gas exploration and development.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis of title and property records.
• Advise clients on title issues and assist in resolving legal challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all documentation.
• Stay updated on legal developments relevant to oil and gas law in North Dakota.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in North Dakota oil and gas title examination.
• Strong understanding of title laws and industry regulations.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Eligibility for prompt admission to the North Dakota Bar and the attorney’s state of residence.
